At HiBREW Official Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your coffee experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process

Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack your HiBREW machine or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, power cords, and components are included.
- 3.Ship the Item
Attach the provided shipping label or address the package to our distribution center and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
